Our Team

Bryce Lacy is a digital strategist and organizer from Texas with roots in Louisiana.

He got his start as a field organizer on Beto O'Rourke's 2018 Senate race, and in the years since has worked across U.S. Senate, presidential, and Texas STateSenate campaigns. His labor work includes digital advertising for 1199SEIU's effort to organize home health aides from Buffalo, to New Jersey, and Baltimore.

He also knows organizing from the inside, having served on the organizing and bargaining committees for his own workplace union. Bryce also contributed to Lynching in Texas, a public history project documenting more than 600 recorded lynchings in the state between 1882 and 1942.
